Sales Developer – Brussels
Are you passionate about sales and have a strong affinity with the beer sector? Do you like working to targets and are you on the lookout for new opportunities? Then this could be the job for you! Headquartered in Ternat, the Haelterman Group employs around 350 people and comprises a number of companies with leading reputations in the beverage sector. The group includes HLS, Belgium’s largest beverage distributor, VA.S.Co, a wine and spirits specialist and distributor of Masalto coffee, and Carlsberg Importers. They also market their own brands, including TAO. For our Carlsberg Importers entity, with leading brands such as Carlsberg, St. Hubertus and Somersby, we are currently looking for a sales developer specialized in beer brands for the Brussels region.
Vos responsabilités
– As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for selling our exclusive range of premium brands; – You will be responsible for introducing our beer and cider brands Carlsberg, St. Hubertus, Somersby, … to retail customers, both bottled and keg.

Your responsibilities also include monitoring spirits stores.
– You will explore the market and seek out new opportunities and contacts in the sector, working closely with other colleagues in the sales team; – You will maintain a constant relationship with existing customers and listen to their satisfaction and needs; – You will work closely with the marketing department to develop promotions at customers’ homes and at hospitality trade fairs ; – As a sales developer, you are also responsible for the administrative management of your customer portfolio; – You ensure the correct processing of visit reports and commercial conditions in Salesforce; – You prepare your weekly reports with the Regional Sales Manager; – Your commercial and analytical mind helps you during negotiations and investments.
– You work closely with the legal department to draft and negotiate new contracts.
– As a Sales Developer specializing in beer and cider brands, you will keep abreast of new trends and developments in the sector and the market.
Votre profil
– You have sales experience and may have your own network in the hotel sector (especially in the Brussels area); – You are customer-oriented and fluent in French and preferably in Dutch; if you are bilingual NL/FR, this is an added advantage; – In addition to handling and managing existing customers, you will be involved in prospecting and cross-selling; – You enjoy working in a results-oriented environment; – You are dynamic and assertive, and can work flexibly and autonomously; – You have a perfect command of MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset; – You have a good geographical knowledge of Brussels.
