Legal Counsel

1. Commercial contract management

• In addition to drafting commercial contracts, you will advise on the legal solutions best suited to commercial challenges.
  You ensure follow-up, including hotel and catering contracts, commercial leases, distribution contracts, etc.
• You actively participate in contract negotiations with the sales team to minimize legal risks and exploit business opportunities.

2. Litigation management

• Working with external lawyers, you actively manage litigation files from A to Z, looking after the company’s interests and consolidating its legal position.
  This involves numerous contacts with law firms, notaries and bailiffs.
• You manage legal processes related to bankruptcy and judicial reorganization.

3. Management of legal advice and training

• You proactively provide legal advice to various departments within the organization.
  You are responsible for a variety of legal issues, and as a legal partner, you work closely with internal departments, both commercial and management, as legal support.
• You provide training for sales, marketing and management teams on the legal and compliance aspects of resolving commercial issues.
• You carry out ongoing analysis and optimization of legal processes, including modernization initiatives to promote efficiency.

  The above tasks are not limitative and can be completed according to your own interests and experience.

• You have a Master’s degree in Law;
• You have at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a commercial company or law firm;
• You have an excellent knowledge of spoken and written French, and at least a basic knowledge of Dutch and English;
• Thanks to your professional experience, you are familiar with the Law of Obligations and Contract Law;
• You have a hands-on, can-do mentality and a sense of initiative;
• You are a team player with a positive attitude;
• You are proactive and results-oriented;
• You are precise and attentive to detail;
