Spirits Specialist – Antwerpen/Limburg/Vlaams-Brabant

We’re currently looking for a motivated professional with a keen interest in the beverage industry, preferably with experience in the hospitality sector!
As a spirits specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our product range and growing our customer portfolio in the Antwerp/Limburg/Flemish Brabant region.

Vos responsabilités

– As a Spirits Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of spirits in the retail sector.
– You’ll build strong relationships with your customers through regular visits, networking at trade shows and excellent service and follow-up.
– You will review needs with the customer and ensure the optimization of the beverage menu and the introduction of our brands.
– You explore the market and make new contacts thanks to the extensive network you’ve built up.
As a true sales ambassador, you will continue to market our brands in your region.
– Working closely with Marketing & Events, you organize fun promotions with customers, review marketing budgets for promotional material and organize tastings or workshops.
– In addition, you handle cross-selling with the entire sales team for other beverage brands (coffee, wine, beer, etc.).
– You will keep abreast of new trends and developments in the sector.
– You will also be responsible for the administrative and operational tasks associated with the position: you will ensure that visit reports are processed correctly in SalesForce, monitor contracts and ensure that commercial conditions are correctly entered.
– You will meet regularly with the Regional Sales Manager to discuss figures and action plans, and work closely with the internal departments at the Ternat head office.

Votre profil

– You have an affinity with the hospitality and spirits sector, preferably with a link to the hotel industry; – You have obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
Experience in a commercial role and/or in the catering sector is a major asset; – You have a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills; – You are proactive and spot other customer needs which you pass on to your colleagues ; – You work well in a commercial and results-oriented environment; – You are dynamic and assertive and can work flexibly and autonomously; – You have a good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SalesForce (CRM) is an important asset; – You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, both spoken and written.
Basic knowledge of French and English is an asset.
