Trade Marketeer & Partnership Coordinator

As Trade Marketer & Partnership Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products.
For our premium beverages, including wines, champagnes, beers, spirits, healthy vitamin drinks and organic lemonades.
The Haelterman Group, based in Ternat, employs around 350 people and includes several well-known beverage companies.
We distribute and market prestigious brands such as Carlsberg, St Hubertus, Champagne Taittinger and others for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Our aim is to enrich human interaction through our premium beverages, which range from refined spirits to vitamin-enriched drinks and organic lemonades.

Vos responsabilités

o Manage our strategic partnerships with our key partners: Diageo and Suntory (Schweppes Sélection), with the aim of strengthening our market position and increasing brand value.
o Develop and monitor sales plans using a 360° approach to preparing sales reports. o Analyze customer data on distribution, sales and brand activation.
o Identify commercial opportunities for the brands we distribute.
o Create and manage the commercial marketing budget and monitor the return on investment of marketing initiatives, focusing on both financial results and the extent to which they contribute to our strategy.
o Set up collaborations and promotions with distribution partners and host establishments.
o Develop the sales marketing plan in collaboration with the various brand managers, and assist the sales team in the field and in negotiations with distribution partners and central purchasing agencies.
o Organize and participate in trade shows, tastings and events with and for buying groups such as Prik&Tik, Districo, Belbev and others.
o Develop activation and promotion plans for us within these key accounts, in collaboration with marketing.
o Create marketing materials for these customers and manage the associated budgets.
o Manage the presence and activation of our brands within these key accounts.
o Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure an effective and authentic presence in the market.

Votre profil

o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or similar field.
o At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the beverage and FMCG sector.
o In-depth knowledge and taste for high-end beverages and segment trends.
o Ability to analyze data and formulate strategies.
o Communication and relationship management skills, creativity and passion for marketing and customer relations.
o Practical and structured.
o Passion for data analysis is a must.
o Strong MS Office skills to prepare good presentations, using MS Office Excel, PowerPoint…) and, on occasion, make presentations yourself to the sales team.
