The Haelterman Group is divided into a number of separate businesses, each of which is owned by the same shareholders.
For each of these structures, the Group is responsible for sales, marketing, IT, logistics, human resources, finance and the management of over 300 members of staff.

Horeca Logistic Services
HLS is the largest independent drinks distributor on the Belgian market. The Haelterman Group supplies no fewer than 1,800 cold and hot beverage references (beers, waters, softs, wines, coffee and dry products) to 3,000 customers in Belgium and Luxembourg, in both the on-trade and corporate sectors, and end customers from its three logistics from its three logistics platforms (HLS Ternat, HLS Sud and HLS West).

WOLF
Food market at
heart of Brussels
The Haelterman family bought the former CGER buildings on rue Fossé aux Loup at the end of 2017. to open its WOLF food market.
With with its 2,000 square meters of floor space, its 800 seats and a dozen or so world cuisine brands, WOLF was the gastronomic space that the capital lacked, while other European destinations such as Amsterdam and Lisbon had already been offering such a concept for several years.
